The 4 directors of 125 operate as a selection panel. The day after the contributions deadline has passed, we sit down and go through all of the work and select the best stories.

Yes, anyone with an imagination can contribute.

Yes. 125 acts as a traditional gallery and profits are split between photographer and gallery.
